Unable to connect world

NOTE: This is a problem of PC-to-PC multiplayer.

 

I cannot join the multiplayer game. I see a joinable world when my friend is playing single player, but every time I click it said unable to connect world. Everyone seems to play Minecraft on Xbox. So, there is not much discussion for playing in PC.
