2 ender dragons

Spawned the Ender dragon for the 3rd time and died, when I got back to the end there were 2. Tried again when defeated the 2 then died whilst fighting the 4th and went back to discover another one. 
Game has also crashed 3 times while trying to either load the world  or while being in it.
