Minecraft don't refund my minecoins

I spent some money buying minecoins to buys some skin packs. I bought one that I think was called Horror skin pack for I think 160 minecoins. The day after I saw that the Horror skin pack was removed from the marketplace and I didn't get my minecoins back.  I hope this issue will get fixed
