Cartographers give same maps

My gf and I have a realm and we play on it nearly every day. We decided to go find a new woodland mansion after getting some unbreakable elytra, but upon arriving at the location our cartographer gave us, it was the same mansion we had already explored.

 

Expected result: Cartographers should give maps leading to the nearest unexplored mansion, and not already explored ones

Actual result: Cartographer gives the exact same map over and over, making finding new structures near impossible.
