Purchased content not available on some devices

Content I've purchased for my son is only available on some of his devices.

I have purchased the Toy Story mashup pack and this is visible in the Minecraft app on his phone, however the minecraft app on his Lenovo Tablet does  not show the purchased item.

My son's Minecraft login is AlloyRaptor20
