Game Crash when selecting skin online

When Minecraft is signing into Microsoft account and I try to change a skin the game will sometimes crash. I can avoid this by waiting for Minecraft to fully sign into Microsoft account. There are times when i changed skin when minecraft is signing in without the game crashing.
