toy story world won’t load

i recently purchased the toy story world pack. although the payment went through i still can not play this world. i try to load it but it says “purchase in progress, this shouldn’t take long” but that screen stays on and nothing happens. i restarted my phone , i even deleted the app but it still doesn’t work.
