Monster Loot Issues

Mobs that have unique equipment (Armor, weapons, etc.), like zombies, skeletons, zombie pig men and such, that have items equipped no longer drop them. The chances seem to have been set to 0% or something. And any leather armor that a mob is wearing is painted white for some reason.
