Crops not yielding anything when harvested

When harvesting crops, they are not yielding as normal. Wheat crops give 1 seed but no wheat, while other crops such as carrots and potatoes are yielding only a single drop, despite multiple harvests. This is a realm-wide issue experienced by multiple players.
