Four Ender Dragons Spawned

When I entered the End, four ender dragons spawned. I was playing with my brother on the same console, the difficulty was easy. I don't know why this happened, but as we got closer to the island from the spawn area, more ender dragon health bars appeared. We thought it was a glitch, and that there was only one ender dragon, just multiple health bars, but as we got closer, we saw that there were four.
