TNT ++ by Spark squared has charged me for coins, then the price of the map and then wont download. Blames my internet, which is fine

Spark Squared TNT++ charges me then will not download, blaming my internet. My internet is fine. I need a refund for the $5.99 of coins and $4.99 for the map itself that does not download.
