Can't play join friend's world ,over data even though use cellular data is turned on

I reported this last time and it was never been fixed. I can't join any friends worlds while I'm on cellular data. I turned Use Cellular Data on and still I cannot see any friends on worlds. I can still join servers and realms but not my friends world
