Game crashes when loaded

My game would keep crashing after the game goes into the menu screen. Tried loading with airplane mode on and the game does not crash, but it freezes after a few seconds instead. Occasionally I would get the error along the lines of “Global resources reset. Resources failed to load previously.” before crashing. This started occurring after I tried to change the privacy settings of my xbox account and the error along the lines of  “an unexpected error has occurred. Try again later.” appeared.
