Game crashes when loading a world

When loading any world the game completely crashes. This started happening today and all the time when on the main menu it lags a lot. Additional information: there has been a massive crash when loading a world that has been created more then 1 year ago. And this bug has been lasting since January 2019. Also there has been a lot more bugs going on after updating to V1.20.0
