Stuck on locating server

Recently I have not been able to play with my friends which are on Xbox one. I've been getting a message as "Locating Server", its getting looped and does not log me into my friends world. Please help, I've tried many things like resetting Minecraft Bedrock Edition, re-installing it, and turning off my computer fully and then turning it back on. I was in the end-city when my internet crashed and then I tried to log on, and suddenly this started to happen. Respond as soon as possible
