Syncing User Data when World loads and then crashes games

Normally, when I load into my Minecraft worlds, it just takes about 20-30 seconds to load in, but when I try loading into a world, it shows the message, saying: "Syncing User Data, This may take a few moments..." and it takes kinda forever and the game suddenly crashes. I tried restarting the console and it sometimes work or it sometimes won't. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks and I hope to see some solutions soon.
