Coins Gone

I purchased the $20 coin pack and received the coins. I already had some left over from the last $20 pack I bought. When I would go to buy the world it would load for a long time and say that it couldn't connect. The next time I did this I went from having more than 2910 coins to now only having 271. I never got any of the worlds though. I've tried restoring purchases but nothing happens.
