Skins Change Automatically when closing and opening the game

Custom Skins Change to Xbox/Default Skins after leaving the game then opening it up again. I don't know if this works as intended or a Bug. But whatever it is it's stupid and very annoying having to change back to the skin I desire every time I play. Please figure this out
