Shield gets very large , and zombie looks like a player after I used a command named replaceitem to give it a shield.

When I used the Command , Replaceitem , to give the zombie a shield in it's off hand , it suddenly made the zombie looking like a player and the shield gets very large ( the zombie is not holding the shield) , as you see in the first picture and second picture.
