White Screen

So I have been looking around this forum. There was an issue like this, but the way they had resolved it was deleting the XBL.stoage file. When I tried to do the same I realise I didn't even have the file. The weirdest thing is that using a VPN works, using no wifi also works. But connecting to wifi leaves me with a white screen and occasionally the mojang logo. I really want to play with my friends but we all have this issue.
