Game Crashes and Resulting in items disappearing

Ok here is the story: The first Wither I spawned despawns to a crash, so I make another Wither and Battle it. I successfully make my Beacon and then make a fully powered Beacon and as soon as I place my Fully powered beacon down that I put so much effort into, the game crashes. When I log back on my Beacon is gone, my diamond block is gone, and my glass is gone. Bruh I swear Microsoft spends more time monetizing the game then fixing it, I need a beacon
