(Beta) Floating, water effect in air that restricts Y-axis movement

When testing out my behavior and resource pack, I found a weird glitch where i could only go up, but not down. Honestly not sure if I just need to troubleshoot my behavior pack, but I'm 90% sure I didn't touch anything that might affect this.
