All my purchases (skins, textures, worlds) dissapeared and the marketplace took some minecoins

I lost all of my textures, skins and worlds that I have purchased. They are just gone. I tried restoring Minecraft (which deleted all my created world) and signing back in. No luck. I have submitted a ticket...a week ago...and heard nothing back. I had 41 items and want them all back please. I tried to purchase a world and a texture pack on my xbox while I am waiting for this to get resolved and it took my minecoins and did not give me the product.
