Failed To Sync World Data - Message on Xbox One

On my Xbox One as I tried to load up a saved world in survival on Bedrock edition of the game and as I try to sync the world's saved game a message will appear saying "Failed To Sync World Data - The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it's in a good state and try migrating it again." From there I would just 'Go Back' and keep trying to load/sync the world's save, this never happened to me.
