So many bugs with Nintendo switch (crashes and disappearing or duplicating mobs or animals)

Almost everyday playing minecraft on Nintendo switch my game would crash randomly and if I'm riding a horse or near animals they would disappear and somehow through the crashes I got to the end (also this is a survival only world) and I defeated the ender dragon then my game crashed and there was 2 ender dragons after getting back on and I am super annoyed because of this and also I got the achievement for killing him 10 minutes ago and never respond him so it's a bug from crashing and I need help with it
