Dual/Split-screen resource glitch upon closure

On dual split screen Android 7 watching a tutorial in second screen
I swiped the divider to close second screen(video)
Doing this caused the resource glitch that appeared when i returned to full screen

Attached is a creen shot I took to document this
After leaving the game screen to post this and returnin all was set back to normal
