Skin pack names in the skin settings not affected by game language

I have the game language set to Russian, and all the skin pack names in the skin settings are english, however they are the game language in the marketplace.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change the game language to something other than English
2. Go to the skin settings.
3. Done.
