Entities randomly disappearing and/ or despawaning.

Throughout my world, mobs have been disappearing with no reason when I reload onto my world. Villagers put in containment modules, tamed dogs and cats, a tamed horseo with a saddle on it, and also hostile creatures despawning while in combat.
