Realm Bug (read description)

Hi my name is david and I keep having this bug in my friends realms which randomly sometimes it spawns me in a pit with walls that suffocate me and the pit is in the bottom of the earth and I cannot get my way back up since I am trapped and this bug has been happening a lot recently and I would love if you guys can fix it cus I keep losing precious items cus of it!
