Several sections of the general settings just are blank screens

when Minecraft pe general settings, all of the following tabs reveal blank grey screens.

profile 

video (the most annoying, I'm stuck in third person)

audio

global resources

i don't want to delete the game and reinstall because I will loose my worlds.
