/testfor command doesn't detect more than one item of the same type

When two item entities of the same type are dropped at the the same (integer) coordinates, they are counted as one.

Example: When executing the command "/kill @e[type=item,name=itemName,c=1]", and there were two itemX's dropped in the same coordinates, they will be counted as one and will both be removed.
