COMBAT LOG SUCKS

Hello I am here to report a bug in Primegames.in server on prison 

I was mining with an effiency 50 pick when the mines reset but I was mining so fast I got stuck in the ground and started suffocating. The game thought I was in a battle so when I quit Minecraft really quickly it combat logged me and I lost the pick

thing is I traded with someone and I don't have nearly enough gold to replicate the pick so can you give back my pick pls and fix this thank you
