Pick Blocking Items, Can Replace Weapons/Tools On Hotbar

Java parity issue

Pickblocking an item, can replace your tools and/or weapons from an the hotbar. Super annoying as it sends all your tools/weapons into your inventory, instead of where they should be on the hotbar.

On java you can pickblock any item in the game, and it will never replace your tools/weapons that you have on your hotbar.
