Achievements in creative

I've recently discovered a glitch where a survival world can be set to creative for the host and results in being able to get achievements. I haven't tried to replicate this exploit and I discovered it accidentally. The steps I took to have this happen are as follows.

 

Create a survival world( I used infinite)

Started building in survival

Used commands to switch to creative

Finished building

Switched to xbox console downstairs

Chunk despawned and World didn't load properly

After that happened I ended up with a survival game with the host in creative on the xbox downstairs. It's possible to unlock all on game and xbox achievements if you can replicate this exploit. I've set security to private as I'm not sure if it's a one time thing or if it could be done by anyone.
