What I expected to happen was if we had for exemple 1 stick, at the crafting table, we'll have 16 sticks, which would allow us to make such fences for example. ( Also work with bone meal ).

For Example :
1. Take 1 stick.
2. Go to the Crafting Table
3. Choose fences and see there are 16 stick instead of 1, and you'll be able to make some fences.
