cannot login

Everytime we try to login to play minecraft it tries to act like it is loading then the mojang screen pops up and then pretends to load and then nothing happens, Shortly after that it wont do anything I purchased the game, the email that we use is [...] we want our money back or for you to fix this please, thanks lindsay young
