can't connect server

when i want to join my bedrock server via lan games it gets stuck at locating server. when i cancel it the other players (who can join) see in chat i left the game but i never joined (according to the server). when i join via external servers it sais: unable to connect to world.

other servers do work. i checked the server and everything is fine, anyone else can join the server.
