Bug on pocket edition

Dear mojang,
I am experiencing some issues I didn't ever have in the past! I am trying to play multiplayer with my friend and it is either very laggy or it doesn't load the animals, house, or other player. Please fix this so I can have fun with other people! Thank u for reading!
