my messages are invisible (to others) on servers

First off, I have already searched for this problem in the list of bug reports, and I have found someone with the same problem, but the problem is unresolved and the report has no comments on it.

Simply put, people on Minecraft servers cannot see any messages I send. If I join a server, I can send messages in the chat, and I can see my messages, but no one else can. I joined several servers to see whether it was the server's problem or not, and in each server, no one could see my messages. I looked in the Minecraft settings for a solution, and found nothing of use. I looked in my Xbox app settings, and nothing helped.

In short, I cannot chat on Minecraft servers.
