My Minecraft Bedrock (Pocket Edition) keeps resetting itself

So this issue has been going on ever since 1.11.x has came out and now its still haunting me in 1.12 where the game acts like as if I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and when I open it, all my worlds, texture packs, settings, and addons/mods have been resetted or removed
