"Inception" Achievement Issue

There has been a problem with the "Inception" achievement lately. When I attempt this objective, my game will suddenly crash.. When I place the two pistons and levers down, everything is all right, but when I try to flip the lever over, the animation suddenly stops and from there on will crash the game. I hope you guys can take the time and experiment with this problem and see if this happens to y'all. Thank you for looking into this message!
