Marketplace review or download slow/does not work

Marketplace implementation seems to broken in the given version as:

• When launched, most of the items is not displayed as the application writes “no internet connection”, however the internet connection on the user side is OK.
• After a longer time some of the items preview picture is loaded but not all.
• When buying an item, several (let’s say 4-6) download trials are needed because the application just simply reports that download was unsuccessful. The purchase already acknowledged via the bank withdrawal and a mail from Apple stating that using the software within 2 weeks I am not eligible to cancel this purchase. So the translation must be OK.
