Bow and Trident with Mending undraw when receiving XP

Summary:
When the player receives experience while drawing a bow or trident, the bow or trident will undraw.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a damaged bow/trident and enchant it with Mending
2. Throw some experience bottles a few blocks away from the player
3. While drawing the bow/trident, move towards the experience orbs and collect them

Observed Results:
The bow/trident undraw when collecting the experience orbs.

Expected Results:
The bow/trident should remain drawn.
