Pregnant turtles don't lay eggs properly

I fed a couple of turtles to breed them but they find difficulties to lay they eggs over the sand. Before that it was so quickly that they lay them on the sand after they bred, now it looks like they are confused and flee around, and if the beach is small or artificially created it's even worse.
