i cant login to mc PE edition 

Not long ago I bought minecraft PE on my iphone 4S with iOS 9

at first I did not want to login because I thought it would take to much time, but then i noticed a bug, that made me want to login because after 3 minutes the app automatically crashes.

So i tried to login but it did not work. I go a white screen with something in chinese in the top left corner and if i click it i go back 

Under that i Saw the microsoft logo

and some useless text
