Minecraft BE Beta Crash Upon Opening

Minecraft Bedrock Edition Beta 1.13.0.2 will not open on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. Every time I open the app, it crashes. I have tried force closing it and restarting the tablet. The error message only shows for about 5 seconds before closing itself without any human input.
