Multiple Ender Dragons Spawning

I spent several weeks building on a survival world, but when I entered the game crashed. When I went back to the end, there were multiple ended dragons spawned. Currently there are around 10. There needs to be a way to prevent or fix this issue as further progression in the game is now impossible.
