Animals not breeding (Cows/Chickens)

(Bedrock/Realm) Cows and chickens will not breed. Only have 2 of each. Mob cap hasn't been reached. They are in a 1x1 area for a farm. Farm worked well before the update as I had 20+ cows in my breeder farm. Switched to a normal world and breeding is possible.
