Stone Mason Villager Will Not Trade Stone

While trying to complete the stone mason's tier 2 trade of ~20 stone for 1 emerald, no matter how much stone I have in my inventory, the trade is marked as unable to be completed (it is highlighted in red). This affects me on multiple saves, so I know it isn't a once in a while problem, as I have yet to find a mason that will complete this trade.
