Unable to connect to world

I cannot play with my friends via internet in the normal server of xbox live , all of us have the windows 10 version 1.12.0 , i already check my internet, add them as a friend , reinstalling the game or even sing off the xbox account but nothing happens i always have the unable to connect to the world error , anyone have an idea what to do?

 

ps: god my friend just bought the game so we can play pls help me
